Can You Shoot My Product Type?
Yes! If your product can be shipped via UPS or FedEx and is under 5 feet and 70 lbs, we can likely shoot it. We don't shoot: Full-size furniture, live on-model photos, fresh or frozen products (unless pre-approved), or hazardous or illegal items. Not sure if your product qualifies? Just email us — we're happy to help.
Do You Offer Model Photos?
Yes — we offer two types of product photography that include models: hand and foot model shots, and lifestyle composite images. Our hand/foot model photos are shot in-studio by our team to showcase your product in use. For lifestyle composites, we combine your product with high-quality stock imagery to create realistic scenes — a cost-effective alternative to full-location or on-model shoots.
Can You Provide Photos for My Platform?
Yes — we work with Amazon sellers and virtually every major platform or retailer. We specialize in platform-specific product photography, ensuring your images meet the latest requirements and look their best on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, and more. Just place an order on our website to get started.
Do You Work with Amazon Sellers?

What is your Reshoot Policy?
We do our best to get everything right the first time, and most projects don't require reshoots. If we made an error that doesn't match your approved instructions, we'll reshoot it at no charge. For new creative directions or changes requested after the shoot, additional fees may apply.

Because each project is custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're always here to help.
